How to register a ResidAnt account?

Registering a ResidAnt account is very simple, you can complete it through the following steps:
1. Download the ResidAnt APP or visit the official website
2. Click the "Register" button
3. Enter your mobile phone number, get and enter the verification code
4. Set a login password
5. Fill in personal information and submit
6. Complete face recognition enrollment (can be used after approved by the property administrator)

What to do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it through the following steps:
1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter the mobile phone number you used during registration
3. Get and enter the verification code
4. Set a new login password
5. Confirm the new password and submit
6. Log in to the system with the new password

How to invite visitors to enter the community?

The steps to invite visitors to enter the community are as follows:
1. Log in to the ResidAnt APP
2. Click the "Visitor Invitation" function on the homepage
3. Fill in visitor name, mobile phone number, visit time and other information
4. Generate a visitor QR code and share it with the visitor
5. Visitors can enter and exit the community with the QR code within the validity period
6. You can view visitor records and status in "My Visitors"

How to submit a maintenance request?

The steps to submit a maintenance request are as follows:
1. Log in to the ResidAnt APP
2. Click the "Maintenance Service" function on the homepage
3. Select the maintenance type (such as water, electricity, furniture, appliances, etc.)
4. Describe the problem in detail and upload photos if necessary
5. Select an appointment time
6. Submit the request
7. You can view the application progress and status in "My Maintenance"

What to do if face recognition fails?

If face recognition fails, you can try the following methods:
1. Ensure sufficient lighting, avoid backlight or dark environments
2. Keep your face facing the camera at a moderate distance
3. Remove glasses, masks and other obstructions
4. Ensure a natural facial expression, do not make exaggerated movements
5. If multiple attempts are still unsuccessful, you can contact the property administrator to re-register face information
6. In emergency situations, you can use QR code or password for temporary access

How to pay management fees and utility bills?

The steps to pay management fees and utility bills are as follows:
1. Log in to the ResidAnt APP
2. Click the "Fee Payment" function on the homepage
3. Select the type of fee to pay (management fee, water fee, electricity fee, etc.)
4. View fee details and bills
5. Select payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank card, etc.)
6. Complete the payment
7. You can view historical payment records in "Payment History"

What to do if the system prompts "Network connection failed"?

If the system prompts "Network connection failed", you can try the following methods:
1. Check your mobile phone network connection, ensure Wi-Fi or mobile data is normal
2. Try switching network connection methods (Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa)
3. Restart the ResidAnt APP
4. Clear APP cache data
5. Update the APP to the latest version
6. If the problem still exists, you can contact customer service for help
7. In emergency situations, you can use offline functions or contact the property administrator

How to update personal information?

The steps to update personal information are as follows:
1. Log in to the ResidAnt APP
2. Click "My" or "Personal Center" in the bottom navigation bar
3. Click "Personal Information"
4. Modify the information that needs to be updated (such as name, phone number, etc.)
5. Click "Save" or "Update"
6. Some important information updates may require verification through SMS verification code
